As a matter of fact, it is the same the world over as examples of excellence and weakness are everywhere. Therefore, it is fundamental for citizens to choose where to be cured with awareness of the facts. In this view, sharing on-line contents on personal experiences and healthcare facilities may be a powerful tool for users. The Italian Department of Health entrusted the DoveSalute portal with this function (www.dovesalute.gov.it): born at the beginning of 2014, today it features 65 facilities evaluated by users. Following the same example, on June 2015 the site of ScegliereSalute was born (www.sceglieresalute.it), a start-up run by two boys from Apulia. What about foreign Countries? In the United Kingdom, citizens can count on the IWantGreatCare portal (https://www.iwantgreatcare.org/) to review and consult reviews of the healthcare facilities across the Channel. In the meantime, a self-taught boy from Toulouse launched Hospitalidée (https://hospitalidee.fr/) on July, which is meant to become the new TripAdvisor of the Healthcare system in France.
